Dynasty Digital – Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Dynasty Digital, we operate on a performance-driven, retainer-based model that requires the allocation of time, creative resources, and marketing expenses on behalf of each client. Because of this structure, all payments made for active or completed service periods are non-refundable once work has begun.

1. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of marketing and creative services, Dynasty Digital maintains a strict no-refund policy once any strategy, creative, or campaign work has commenced.

  • This policy was verbally communicated and agreed upon during client prior to the start of services.

  • Refunds are not provided for changes in direction, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction after services have been rendered, as measurable work and deliverables are completed during the active term.

2. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel services at any time with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to admin@dynastydigital.com.

  • Upon cancellation, services will continue through the end of the current paid period, and no future charges will be applied after that term.

3. Dispute Prevention

  • Dynasty Digital encourages open communication. If any concern arises, clients are urged to contact our support team directly so solutions can be made before filing a dispute.

  • All services are tracked through weekly progress calls, reports, and deliverables shared transparently with each client.
